R-Mar Resort and Spa Patong, Phuket

Garden

Just need to remind people if they lose their room card key the will have to pay a fee.

The room does not worth the money I paid

Room cleaning. And the bed sheet for the three days never changed

Great location, walking distance to Bangla but quiet enough not to hear it. Clean and great service by all the staff. Pool is fantastic with a swim up bar. Buffet breakfast was delicious

Super location, quite, but very close to the Main Streets. Excellent breakfast

Nothing or staying short time:)

perfect location and very comfortable rooms. very near to the Bangla Road and also very silent. The apartment and the whole environment with pool, etc. are very clean and modern and also silent in the night.the service personal is very friendly, room service with kitchen also available.was happy to stay there :)

A short walk to restaurants, bars, shops and Bangla road but tucked away where the resort feels very quiet and relaxing. Pool area and swim up bar are great. Rooms are good, big size. There is a short cut through a back alley to the beach that makes it only a 5 minute walk, asked at reception for directions. Would definitely stay again if in central Patong

All the light controls at one point beside the bed make no practical sense and is frustrating to use. The shower is in the bath, which was not a problem for us but may be a safety issue for older or limited mobility persons getting in and out, there is grab rails and step provided, however. Breakfast was nothing special but ok for the money. Overall the hotel is good, the above were small issues for us.

Huge rooms, buffet, pool, service

Yes

Superb

The bed wooden edges. It was quite dangerous with the wooden edges. Accidentally knocked on the edge.

Despite being located close to the center, it is very quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean. I hope to come back again.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly Had a great bfast .And the other food was also good beds were a bit hard . But great location handy to food and drinks and Bangla rd

Was a little outdated but all good otherwise

The place is clean and beautiful.

The staff was great and the food was acceptable.

Pool is fantastic Aircon great

Lighting in bathroom needs to be upgraded. Not light enough

Staff were very accommodating

That there was no bacon for breakfast. Every morning we were told they had no bacon but then we could easily get a BLT at lunchtime. Sneaky way to keep the breakfast cheap. Disappointing.

Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient. Overall was a good experience.

Bathroom sink was abit clogged and shower needs more pressure.

Location and breakfast for good value for money

Ground floor rooms has no privacy and mosquitoes

Service was excellent and friendly. Hotel is comfortable and felt like an oasis hidden away from the busy city. Breakfast was decent, caters for most tastes. The massages at their Spa are good value and I would recommend. If I ever go back, I would book this hotel again.

You do need to be wary of the mosquitos around the pool, unfortunately the greenery does attract more. However, this isn't their responsibility, in general mosquitos are always about and if you're prone to being bitten you need to always be using insect repellent.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was rock hard and not enough shade over the pool.

Big rooms, great facilities, close to everything but still quiet

Staffs are wonderful….All are so helpful…Special thanks to Noch. She is full of energy and always to help. Please pass my thanks as I have to leave early morning .

Nice spacious pool area. The location is good being quite central.

My bed was hard and uncomfortable. Some people may need to wear earplugs as distant music from bangla road can be heard.
